The equation is simple and scary. The US Federal Government is facing crushing debt. http://www.brillig.com/debt_clock/

The IRS is beginning to jealousy guard the income source, corporate and individual taxpayers. The advent of “revenue collection schemes.” The UBS case is closing down Switzerland (and Europe for that matter). Tax Haven investors are “going East”. Swiss banks have set up even Singapore independent subsidiaries.
